When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Bhai Bhai Store reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we send an order acceptance confirmation. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation requests may not be accommodated after acceptance. If we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
All purchases are subject to our Return Policy as detailed in Section 3A below.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 3A — RETURN POLICY
Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Valid Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant shipped)
- The item is materially and significantly different from its listed description
Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return. If you are unsure about a purchase, we encourage you to contact us before ordering.
Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn, unused, and unaltered
- With all original tags attached
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase
How to Request a Return: Contact us at info@bhai-bhai.store with your order number and a clear explanation of the return reason, including supporting photos where applicable. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom, personalized, or special-order products
- Personal care and hygiene goods (beauty products, skincare, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items marked as sale/clearance
- Gift cards
Damages & Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at info@bhai-bhai.store with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to submit a valid return request, and upon approval, place a new separate order for the desired product.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you retain the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@bhai-bhai.store.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import/customs charges.

You confirm that (i) your payment information is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, (iii) charges will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all charges at posted prices, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bhai Bhai Store is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once your order is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
