ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. Bhai Bhai Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and surrounding areas.
Tier 1 Cities (Same-day/Next-day dispatch priority): Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan
Tier 2 & Remote Areas: Deliveries to smaller cities, towns, and remote areas may take additional time. Availability in certain remote locations may be limited.

The courier assigned to your order will depend on your location and availability at the time of dispatch. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations. Please note:
- COD availability is subject to your delivery area and order value.
- A COD service fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
- You must be available to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery.
- If a COD order is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery, the order will be cancelled and you may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier's website or app.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest hub. It is your responsibility to coordinate with the courier using your tracking number to arrange collection or redelivery.
Bhai Bhai Store is not liable for packages that are returned to sender due to:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Recipient being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery at the time of dispatch
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk passes to the buyer. However, if your item arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take clear photos or a video of the packaging and the item before opening or using it
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bhai-bhai.store
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the damage
We will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
